Hours of Operation

Office: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Friday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., (Friday 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 pm from December through February) Sunday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Closed Saturdays, on the first and last day of major Jewish holidays, and on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and December 25 but a staff member is always on call for emergencies.

Grounds: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Friday 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 pm from December through February), Sunday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Closed Saturday and on the first and last days of major Jewish holidays.

The offices and grounds close at 3:00 pm on the Eve of Major Jewish holidays and the offices are closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and December 25 but a staff member is always on call for emergencies.

24 Hour Assistance

A member of the Garden of Remembrance staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Call (301) 428-3000 during or after hours and a staff person will return your call. In the event of a phone problem, please call our emergency phone number directly at (301) 421-4603.
